1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

onicph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in immediate account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of funds and winnings. Any accounts discovered to have been created by individuals under the legal age will be immediately closed, and all associated funds will be confiscated without recourse.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Restrictions

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and gambling activities are legal and permitted under applicable local, state, and national laws. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use the onicph Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to provide truthful personal details including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and national identification information. You may only register one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and confiscation of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify onicph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. onicph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.4 Account Verification

onicph employs Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and international best practices. As part of our verification process, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (such as utility bills or bank statements), and additional documentation to verify your identity and payment methods.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful account verification. onicph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, particularly in cases involving large withdrawals, suspicious activity, or compliance audits. Accounts that fail to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Permitted Use

The onicph Platform is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform without authorization;
• Using the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your onicph account using approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers, over-the-counter deposits, and cryptocurrency options. All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. Deposit processing times depend on the selected payment method and may range from instant to several business days.

onicph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. onicph does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated for specific payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance subject to meeting wagering requirements, completing account verification, and complying with these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to twenty-four (24) hours for most payment methods, though some methods may require longer processing periods.

onicph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks and request supplementary documentation before processing withdrawals. Large withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 may require enhanced verification and management review. All withdrawals are subject to audit and compliance review. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, onicph may delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits and bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements apply as specified in bonus terms and promotional materials. Until wagering requirements are met, you may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP) as the primary currency. If you fund your account using a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by onicph's payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply. Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of onicph.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from onicph.

Unauthorized use of onicph's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by onicph.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension

onicph reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or permanently without prior notice if we suspect or become aware of any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances that warrant such action. During suspension, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

10.2 Termination

onicph may terminate your account immediately without prior notice for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any prohibited activity. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to use the Platform, and any remaining account balance may be withheld or confiscated depending on the circumstances of termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests may require identity verification. Upon voluntary account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completing wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform. 11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onicph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform, or any other matter relating to the Platform.

In no event shall onicph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim.

11.3 Force Majeure

onicph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, or technical malfunctions.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Disputes

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or our services, you must first contact onicph customer support within fourteen (14) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manila, Philippines.

12.3 PAGCOR Regulation

onicph operates under license and regulation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of unresolved disputes, players may contact PAGCOR's regulatory body for assistance in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and onicph concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent to the greatest extent possible.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. onicph's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without onicph's prior written consent. onicph may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.5 Third-Party Rights

These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights. Only you and onicph have the right to enforce these Terms.

13.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
